Do I need expensive mining equipment?
No! All BitByBitMiner apps use cloud mining technology. You only need:
An Android device (smartphone or tablet)
Internet connection
The BitByBitMiner app of your choice
iOS versions are coming soon.
Can I use multiple apps at the same time?
Yes! Each app operates independently. Many users mine WAX, SHIDO, and BONK simultaneously to diversify their crypto earnings.

Do I need a cryptocurrency wallet?
For WAX Miner: Yes, you need a WAX wallet with at least one NFT to login.
For SHIDO & BONK Miner: No wallet needed to start mining. You'll add your wallet address later when you're ready to withdraw your earnings.
Which app should I start with?
Beginners: Start with BONK or SHIDO Miner - simple email registration and easy to use.
NFT Holders: Try WAX Miner if you already own WAX NFTs.
Experienced Miners: SHIDO Miner offers the most advanced features with 10 hashrate tiers.
Diversified Approach: Download all apps and mine multiple cryptocurrencies simultaneously.
Is there a minimum investment required?
No! All apps offer free mining options:
WAX Miner: 1-hour mining sessions are free
SHIDO Miner: Starter hashrate plan available
BONK Miner: Starter hashrate plan available
You can upgrade to premium plans for higher earnings, but it's not required to start.

How does mining work?
Each app uses cloud-based mining infrastructure. You select:
Duration - How long to mine (1 to 24 hours)
Hashrate - Your mining power level (varies by app)
Multipliers - Boost earnings by watching ads (up to 25x)
Your earnings are calculated based on these factors and credited to your account when the mining session completes.
What are multipliers and how do I get them?
Multipliers boost your mining earnings from x1 up to x25. You earn multipliers by watching short advertisement videos (15-30 seconds each). Each ad watched increases your multiplier tier, which applies to your entire mining session.
Available multipliers: x1, x2, x4, x8, x10, x15, x20, x25
How long does a mining session last?
WAX Miner: 1, 2, 4, 8, 12, or 24 hours
1 hour is free for all users
2-24 hours require NFT ownership
SHIDO & BONK Miner: 1, 2, 4, 8, 12, or 24 hours
1 hour available to all users
2-24 hours require hashrate plan subscription
Can I mine 24/7?
Yes! You can start a new mining session immediately after the previous one completes. Many users set up 24-hour sessions and restart them daily for continuous passive income.
What are hashrate plans?
Hashrate plans (available in SHIDO and BONK Miner) determine your base mining power. There are 10 tiers:
Starter (25 MH/s)
Bronze (50 MH/s)
Silver (100 MH/s)
Gold (250 MH/s)
Platinum (500 MH/s)
Diamond (1 GH/s)
Elite (2 GH/s)
Master (3 GH/s)
Legend (4 GH/s)
Titan (5 GH/s)
Each plan is available in 3, 6, or 12-month subscriptions, with longer subscriptions providing higher mining power.

What are daily rewards?
WAX Miner:
Free 7-day streak rewards
Premium passes: Silver ($10), Gold ($25), Platinum ($50)
Rewards paid in WAX based on streak day
SHIDO & BONK Miner:
Free 8-day streak rewards
No premium passes required
Rewards increase each day, with biggest bonus on Day 8
Missing a day resets your streak back to Day 1.
How much can I earn?
Earnings depend on multiple factors:
Your mining duration
Hashrate plan (for SHIDO/BONK)
Active multipliers
Daily reward streaks
Referral network activity
Beginners can earn modest amounts with free plans, while users with premium hashrate plans and maximum multipliers can earn significantly more.
What is the referral program?
All BitByBitMiner apps offer a 5% lifetime referral commission. When you refer someone:
They sign up using your link
You earn 5% of all their mining earnings
Commission continues forever
No limit on number of referrals
Paid automatically to your balance
How do referral earnings work?
Every time your referred user:
Completes a mining session
Claims daily rewards
Uses multipliers
Earns any cryptocurrency
You automatically receive 5% of their earnings added to your account balance.

When can I withdraw my earnings?
Minimum withdrawal amounts:
WAX Miner: 1 WAX
SHIDO Miner: 500 SHIDO
BONK Miner: 5,000 BONK
Waiting period: 7 days after your first earning
Payment schedule: Every Sunday (weekly payouts)
How do withdrawals work?
Accumulate earnings until you meet the minimum withdrawal amount
Wait for the 7-day holding period to complete
Add your wallet address (for SHIDO/BONK) if not already added
Submit withdrawal request through the app
Receive your cryptocurrency every Sunday automatically
Are there withdrawal fees?
Specific fee information is available in each app. Generally, transaction fees may apply based on blockchain network costs.
Why is there a 7-day waiting period?
The 7-day holding period helps ensure platform security, prevent fraud, and maintain system stability. This is a standard practice in cryptocurrency platforms.
What if I don't receive my withdrawal?
Withdrawals are processed automatically every Sunday. If you haven't received your payment:
Verify you met the minimum withdrawal amount
Check that 7 days have passed since first earning
Confirm your wallet address is correct

Mining uses minimal data as the actual computation happens on our cloud servers. Watching ads for multipliers will use additional data depending on video content.

You can login to your account on different devices, but running simultaneous mining sessions on multiple devices may not increase earnings and could cause conflicts. It's recommended to use one device at a time.
